How we work

How we work with institutions and organisations

Digital projects often involve several stakeholders, different types of content and decisions that need to be reviewed along the way. The project is therefore scoped before production and delivered in clear stages.

01

Project context

We start with the organisation, the audience, the current situation and the problem to solve. The brief may already be precise, or it may begin with a website, communication or workflow issue that still needs to be defined.

The first step is understanding the project before deciding what should be built.

02

Scope, priorities and budget

We define the main priorities, constraints, available content, technical environment, budget and expected timeline. For projects involving several teams or partners, responsibilities and decision points are identified as early as possible.

Scope, budget and responsibilities are established before production.

03

Proposal and delivery framework

The proposal sets out the recommended approach, deliverables, project stages, budget and conditions. Depending on the project, this may include website development, information architecture, visual design, SEO, integrations, automation or a dedicated digital tool.

Stakeholders know what will be delivered and how the project will move forward.

04

Design, development and review

Work progresses in stages. Structure, design, content, development and integrations are reviewed at the appropriate points instead of presenting the entire project only at final delivery. This makes it easier to handle feedback and formal approvals without reopening completed work.

Important decisions are reviewed during the project, not only at the end.

05

Launch, handover and ongoing support

Before launch, the agreed scope is checked across content, responsive behaviour, forms, technical SEO, tracking and integrations where relevant. Access and documentation required for ongoing use are handed over. Further maintenance, SEO monitoring or development can then be organised according to the project.

The website or tool can continue to evolve after delivery when there is a defined reason to do so.

You do not need a finished brief to start

A project can begin with a defined specification, an existing website that needs to be reworked, a complex content structure or simply a process that is taking too much time. The first discussion is used to determine what should happen next.

Existing website to improve
New website or platform
Institutional content to reorganise
Visibility to strengthen
Repetitive process to automate
Digital tool to define

Tell me about the project

A short description is enough to start. Explain the context, what already exists and what you want to change, build or improve.
