What information should an email signature include?
Include at least your name and, where relevant, your job title, company, email address, phone number and website. Keep only the information your recipients genuinely need.
What size should an email signature be?
The 900 px Standard preset is a good balance. Compact works for lighter signatures, while HD or Retina can help when your email client scales high-resolution images correctly.
PNG or JPEG for an email signature?
PNG is recommended for sharp text, logos and transparent backgrounds. JPEG often produces a lighter file, but it does not support transparency.
Can I add my logo?
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG or SVG, then adjust its size, background, shape and padding.
Can I add a profile photo?
Yes. PNG, JPG and WebP are supported. Your photo can be circular, square or rounded without being distorted.
Can I add a handwritten signature?
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG or SVG image of your handwritten signature and adjust its size. This V1 does not include a drawing pad.
Can I use this signature in Gmail or Outlook?
Yes. Add the PNG or JPEG as an image in your signature settings. Because it is a single image, the contact details inside it are not individually clickable as they would be in an HTML signature.
Does Atomic Design store my information?
No during normal use: generation, images and exports stay in your browser. The complete data is sent only if you explicitly confirm a problem report.
